Hosting
Our final room at Exciting escapes in Basingstoke. We were told by our lovely host that this was their oldest room and is perhaps grateful for its incoming retirement…!
Theming
The room did feel a bit old and worn in a few areas with lots of padlocks on many draws. A very traditional, first gen Escape Room. That said we still had fun with it and enjoyed collecting hidden wads of cash as well as solving puzzles.
Puzzling
The range of puzzles was quite stark with some being as easy as see a number and put it into the combination and some being as hard as find a tiny piece of paper in the tiny gap between the cabinet and the wall. All in all, a pleasant end to our time with this lovely company,
